RETURN/REFUND POLICY

 

BY PURCHASING FROM NANABRANNA YOU AGREE TO OUR RETURN POLICY .

 

REFUNDS:

We do not process refunds back to the original form of payment. Your refund will be process as STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

 

Returns will only be accept it within 7 days of delivery, meaning that you have 7 days after the day of delivery to open a return case for store credit only!

CANCELATIONS:

We do not process cancelations once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEM:

If an item is defective or damage you must notify us « NanaBranna » via email within 48 hours of receipt of goods. You will be instructed via email on how to mail back the defective item. Replacement or Store credit will be issued. 

Defective items must be unused with tags attached to it. If a defective/damage item has been used or contains any body odors or fragrances your claim will not be accepted and refund or replacement will NOT be issue .

 

WRONG ITEM :

Incorrect items must be reported to Info@nanabranna.com within 48 hours of delivery. You will be instructed via email on how to mail back the incorrect item. 

 

WHAT'S NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE? 

Purchases using any discount code will not be eligible for return or exchange. Discounted items are considered FINAL SALE. 

SALE ITEMS, WHITE / BEIGE CLOTHING , BODYSUITS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A PREPAID LABEL?

1. You can ship the item/items back on your own - We recommend USPS First class or Flat rate shipping. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your own records.

2. We can provide you with a return label that will be subject to a fee of $9.99 that will be deducted from your store credit. 

 

HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM ?
